The two figures contradict each other and always did. The old page's header said
"Inbox 367" while its own prose said "after collapse, N is 389". Both figures are kept and labelled historical;
nothing was closed to shrink either number.
What it was
A flat numbered list of every open question, organised under "Live gate", "What the next hour may do / what stays
parked", "Distinct recon questions" (questions 33–364) and a "Standing recon template" — an organisation the feedback
retired as the current view. It had no reply control at all, which is why the response route now lives, stated plainly,
on Founder input.
