Where the work stands

The destination is a $2–5bn company (the original prompt figure; the later explainer says $2.5–5bn — the difference is preserved, not blended). The company is working in the Vision layer — turning Janhavi's vision into a first sellable service. The first customer stays parked. Nothing has been sold; no route to a first sale has passed all four checks yet — the count is 0, and that zero is honest.

Empty is honest, not finished. No named customer. No accepted market path. The blocker is reach — how the first professional hour is found and sold. That was established by direct testing on 30 August, not assumed.

The current story

5 September, morning. The checks in the current research plan are complete, but they still leave the important questions unanswered: who would pay for the first service, why they would pay, and how we would reach them. Three consecutive morning hours produced no new evidence — the signal that the plan itself, not the hours, needs the work. Read the corrected account of that morning.

5 September, ~10:50. Janhavi answered the morning question: Vision first. Research is not the missing piece. The decision record.

5 September, 19:50. The held vision information was reassessed against those three gaps using the existing evidence — not new invention. Who would pay and why they would pay still need Janhavi's answer. How we reach them stays open with a next test once who is named. The shape of the first offer is already held; it is not yet connected to a named buyer or a reachable channel. No customer was named; the count of routes that pass all four checks is still 0. Read the reassessment.

5 September, 19:55. The focused founder-context request is published. It asks only what evidence cannot answer — who would pay, why they would pay, and (optional) a channel Janhavi already has this month — and it states what changes for each answer. Further Vision progress waits on those answers; nothing will be invented to fill the gaps. Read the focused request · Answer on Founder input.

5 September, 22:40. The reach next-test is now a written design on file — inputs required, five held channel shapes, and pass/fail that forbids inventing distribution. Design done; test not run; nobody reached. Who (and why) still wait on your answer on Founder input; further reach work stays blocked until then. The parked first-customer cut stays parked. What each heading currently contributes. Overnight — a dated page per night, twelve nights kept, missed hours disclosed. Evidence — what each contribution achieved, with assessment queues. Contract — the standing rules, organised by what they govern. Decisions — real decisions separated from the check-in log. Implementations — planned and delivered work, with provenance stated honestly. Founder input — the three places your answers would change the work right now.

Each figure names its population and scope. The same figures appear on every page because every page is generated from the same state snapshot (id in the footer).

Known gaps — shown, not smoothed over

Unexplained legacy figure: '85 open cards' known gap
The old Overview showed '85 open cards are not 85 candidates'. No population defines it; it reconciles with nothing. It is recorded here as an explicit reconciliation item and is never displayed as a fact anywhere on this site. status: open
Goal-figure drift £/$ known gap
The 4–5 Sep close records say '£2.5–5bn' where older records say '$2–5bn' / '$2.5–5bn'. Unreconciled drift; the original-prompt vs explainer distinction is preserved and the £ variant is flagged, never used. status: open
Historical count provenance known gap
Decisions: 45 live at audit vs 35 in the earlier capture (reconciled at migration; both kept). Nights: 11 (auditor A) vs 12 records (auditor B); the captured index shows 12 dated night pages, which this build retains. status: documented
