Founder input — where your answer changes the work

A current, prioritised place where your input can still change active work. Cards are ordered by how useful your context would be. Every question on a card is shown. Closed work is never offered back to you as active.

How to answer. This is a static site, so the working channel is the same chat thread where the morning (08:55) and afternoon (14:55) questions already arrive — reply there and quote the card's name. Each window stays open 90 minutes; your answer and its effect are logged and visible on this page and in Activity. A reply after a deadline is recorded as answered-after-deadline and applied from receipt — never silently dropped, never double-acted.

Active, ordered by usefulness

active usefulness: highest

Focused request (published 5 Sep 19:55). The 19:50 reassessment already said what evidence can and cannot answer. This card asks only what evidence cannot. Offer shape is held and not re-asked. The parked first-customer cut is not in this ask.

What your input changes: Who named → the reach next-test can run without inventing a buyer; Why stated → the first hour has a reason attached to that who; Channel named → reach can close faster than the held-shape test. Without answers, further Vision progress stays blocked on you — the agent will not invent.

All of the questions (never just the first):

Window: opens 2026-09-05 19:55; Standing until answered — also carried on the morning (08:55) and afternoon (14:55) windows (each open 90 minutes).
If you don't reply: Keep Vision first. Do not invent a buyer, a why-pay, or a channel. Do not reopen rotated-off research categories. Next evaluation: the next decision window, or sooner if you reply in chat quoting this card.

active usefulness: medium

The first-customer cut stays parked. Preparation exists (C1/C2, 4–5 Sep) and was deliberately not activated.

What your input changes: Confirms the boundary so no hour is spent circling it.

All of the questions (never just the first):

Window: opens now; Standing — answer only if the boundary should move.
If you don't reply: The protection stands unchanged: do not unpark, do not activate from prep.

active usefulness: lower

One design question is deliberately undecided: how the overnight page should open (voice-note VN-061 was ambiguous). It is kept undecided on purpose until the design needs a decision.

What your input changes: Settles the only knowingly-undecided page design.

All of the questions (never just the first):

Window: opens now; None — undecided by design.
If you don't reply: Keep the contributions-first layout and keep the question open.

Answered — how steering lands

answeredMorning window, 5 Sep 08:55: 'Given what the last hours produced, what direction do you want for the next block?'

Answered ~10:50 (after the 10:25 deadline — recorded as answered-after-deadline): 'Vision first. Research is NOT the missing piece.'

The old inbox, preserved as history

The old "open asks" inbox is kept read-only at open-asks — 367 questions on its header, 389 after its own collapse pass (the two contradictory figures are kept and labelled as historical). Nothing was closed to shrink the number. Its "what the next hour may do" / "standing recon template" organisation is retired as the current view and preserved there as the record it is.
