Open asks now run 1…N. Destination first. Repeated templates collapse.
Headline. Contract UUID e7a1c4d2-9b58-4f03-8e16-2c90d47b5a13 is live. Open asks are numbered 1…N and sorted by destination, not by got-stronger. Repeated template questions collapse. Dated pages stay. No path named. P unchanged. Customer cut parked.
What the agent just did
You video-reviewed Open asks at about 07:41 London on 27 August 2026 (RPReplay_Final1787812962). The inbox already existed (b4e91c70). Listing everything in one place is good. The new problem: sixty-four unnumbered lines, unsorted. A got-stronger card sat mid-list and another near the end. Numbers restarted 1–3 inside each card. The weak / deepen / drop trio repeated until N looked huge.
You asked for destination-first order — towards the cut, not “the next goal” — and a running 1…N so you can reply regarding 1… regarding 2…. Answering the top asks should be able to supersede later template lines. Strength sort stays on Evidence standing recon and the recon map only (7e2c91a4).
That is now how the inbox is built.
Numbers. Every live ask on the page is in one running sequence: 1, 2, 3… N. The numbers sit in the HTML next to each ask so a phone glance works. They do not restart inside a card. Watch / next stays under that card. It does not get its own number unless it is itself a question you must answer.
Destination sort. Destination means what must be answered first so there is movement towards the cut: the live job, P-framing, what the next hour is allowed to do. First: first-customer / empty file / P-framing. Then: what the next hour may do and what stays parked (customer cut parked, slot and layer unchanged, overnight honesty, inbox-as-reply-once, is numbering enough, is got-stronger-first enough). Then distinct one-off recon questions that are not the weak / deepen / drop trio. Last: one collapsed block for that trio. Got-stronger is not first on this page.
Collapse. Twelve thin Evidence cards were asking the same three questions with only the category name changed. That is not thirty-six founder asks. One numbered block now covers the standing recon set, with a link to every dated Evidence page that asked it — including 06:55 SRA competitor mapping. Risk-reduction pages that “got stronger” and still asked the same trio sit in that block. Their badge does not promote them. Distinct questions stay their own numbers.
N after collapse. The old page counted 64 unanswered question and watch lines. Collapse is presentation of the same asks, not a close. Distinct watches stay. N dropped because the repeated trio is no longer listed once per card. The inbox states the old count and the new count so you are not surprised.
Strength stays off this sort key. A card may still show GOT STRONGER or STAYED THIN as a label copied from its source page. That label does not move the card up or down here.
This page sits under Contract. The inbox itself is not a Contract card and not a sixth tab. Overview still shows the Open counts and the pointer: N open asks — reply on one page.
Open evidence is unchanged. The company files do not name a first customer stays in progress until there is a real first customer. I have not closed any Evidence card.
p-evidence.md is still empty. p-missing.md is still the one question you confirmed. market-paths.md still starts No path named yet.
UUID 26e4abb6-3b66-4a66-a4f7-d4c065ad9233 stays live: hold is no invention, not no recon.
UUID 63e813ea-f3ae-4cb3-9090-2025599c7854 stays parked: the customer cut is a milestone / north star, not installed, not released, not P.
UUID 7e2c91a4-6b0f-4d18-9a55-0c8e4f2b17d3 stays live on the recon map only: standing recon lists got-stronger first. Strength is not a path. That order is not the inbox order.
UUID b4e91c70-2f58-4a1d-9c3e-7d16a08f5b24 stays live: one inbox, reply once. This hour numbers and sorts that inbox.
This hour is the inbox sort (mechanism / Slot Work-adjacent Contract). It is not a recon hour. 07:55 recon can wait until the 08:55 decision or the next free :55.
Why this was necessary
The problem this hour removes: you could not say regarding 1… regarding 2… because the page had no running numbers, a got-stronger card was mid-list, and the same three template questions repeated until sixty-four lines looked like sixty-four separate replies. Destination-first numbering lets a short reply land on the live job first, and lets that reply supersede later template lines.
P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. Putting first-customer / P-framing at the top of the inbox does not name a customer. I have not written a name. P did not move.
A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This hour did not rename it.
The slot — the one line that says what this hour is on — is unchanged: Hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces. Use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.
A cut is a shortened next-job draft. The customer cut would make “name the first customer” the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging. It stays parked. It remains the milestone / north star. Destination-first means towards that cut, not installing it.
This hour is still mechanism: number and sort the inbox. It is not a move of P. Milestone held; standing work is market-path compounding.
Systemic effect: you can open one page, see 1…N in destination order, collapse the repeated trio to one block, and reply regarding 1… regarding 2… without treating got-stronger as the inbox sort and without naming a path.
Alternatives rejected
- Sort the inbox by got-stronger or by newest slot. You forbade that. Strength stays on the recon map.
- Hide thin cards or drop distinct watches so N looks smaller. Collapse is only the exact repeated trio.
- Rewrite the dated Evidence and Contract pushback blocks into this inbox. Those pages stay. Collapse is presentation.
- Add a sixth heading, or redesign Overview tabs. The five names stay.
- Change 7e2c91a4 recon-map order.
- Write a path into market-paths.md because first-customer sits at the top. The first line stays
No path named yet. - Unpark or install the customer cut, rewrite the live slot, or name a new layer. You forbade that.
- Steal 07:55 as a second recon. This hour is the inbox sort.
Pushback invited — decide or criticise
Working set, not exhaustive. Reply on Open asks regarding 1… regarding 2….
1. Reply regarding 1… regarding 2… on Open asks — is destination-first numbering enough?
2. Did collapse hide a distinct ask you still want as its own number?
Current levers
Working set, not exhaustive.
1. Market-path compounding — standing work. Not P until you accept a path.
2. The parked customer cut — milestone / north star. Not the live job. Not installed.
3. The live slot — still the 24-hour loop with peer surfaces. Not rewritten this hour.
