Numbers restart 1–3 inside each card. Repeated weak / deepen / drop templates inflate N. She wants destination-first order (towards the cut, not “the next goal”) and a running 1…N so she can reply “regarding 1… regarding 2…”. Answering the top asks should be able to supersede later template lines. Strength sort stays on Evidence standing recon / recon-map only (7e2c91a4).

Implement

Number every live ask across the whole inbox. One running sequence: 1, 2, 3… N for the page, not 1–3 restarting inside each card. Watch / next is part of that card’s block but does not get its own number unless it is itself a question the founder must answer. The page count stays “N unanswered question and watch lines.”
Sort the inbox by destination, not by strength and not by recency. Destination = what must be answered first so there is movement towards the cut. Do not put “got stronger” first on this page.
Keep strength badges off the inbox sort key. A card may still show GOT STRONGER / STAYED THIN as a label copied from its source page.
Collapse duplicate template questions where they are the same ask. One numbered block covers the standing recon set (weak / deepen / drop), with HTTP links to every dated Evidence page that asked it, including 06:55 SRA competitor mapping. Risk-reduction “got stronger” pages that ask the same trio sit in that block. Distinct questions stay separate numbered items.
Do not drop lines to make N look smaller. Collapse only exact repeated asks. Distinct watch/next decision points stay until she answers them.
Overview and dated pages stay. Open asks is still not a sixth heading. Dual-write, HTTP only.
Do not use sort order to invent a path. p-evidence.md stays empty until she writes a name or none exists.
