Every link the founder sees is a web URL on the live dashboard (https://vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net/...). Never emit a file:// link in chat, evidence packs, Founder Views, or morning/close summaries.
Dual-write is atomic: write or update the agent file, write or update the Founder View, then publish both to the site in the same cycle. Do not postpone publish to a later hour.
Founder Views live at /founder/visibility/<slug>/. The index is /founder/visibility/. If the route does not exist, create the page this cycle, then emit only the live web URL.
Every hourly block ends with an evidence pack of web URLs: each Founder View and published page from that hour, plus one plain-English line of what the work did.
Every factual claim is followed by a web link to the published page. No claim without a URL.
Keep the website index and navigation current. New Founder Views are dated, grouped (overnight, evidence, decisions, slot work, contract), and listed on /founder/visibility/.
Morning (08:55) and end-of-day (17:15) open with a short status, then list new or changed Founder Views first, before any agent files, as web URLs, grouped.
Founder View audience (UUID c42ae70f-2df2-444b-81ac-35b41de69edc). Write only for Janhavi. Plain, decision-oriented English. Treat her as a busy founder who has never seen the agent’s internal words. Define P, C, S, G, layer, cut, slot, flattened, and any other jargon the first time it appears. Never write as training data or an internal log. The page itself must be enough to judge, criticise, or steer without opening the linked files first.
Founder View structure (fixed):
- One-sentence headline of what changed.
- What the agent just did (plain English).
- Why this was necessary (full context + score translation: latest score, what starting line / no customer / no market path means for $2.5–5bn, why the chosen action was the least-bad option).
- Alternatives rejected (one sentence each on what would have happened to P and to founder control).
- Pushback invited — decide or criticise (2–4 concrete questions or options she can answer in one pass).
- Watch / next decision point.
- Agent files (linked, secondary).
Name Founder Views founder-view-…. They are permanent. Never omit a Founder View when any agent file is written or updated.
Do not touch Identity. Do not invent progress. Do not rewrite the Current slot or claim a layer without explicit founder direction.

When a search for named customers, markets, or offers returns nothing, write kpis/p-evidence.md containing only empty and kpis/p-missing.md containing the single question the founder has confirmed: Who is the first customer, or what is the first market path, for For Your Journey Ltd? Do not invent. Do not copy “no customer” language as a name. Do not pull names from lawyer or consultant history.
Any Founder View that mentions p-evidence or p-missing must include one short paragraph that says: P is company position relative to the $2.5–5bn goal; the empty file exists so the score cannot be faked; the p-missing question is the current blocking question the founder has confirmed is correct.
Empty is not a finished state. That Founder View must also include a Journey context sentence: the empty result keeps the score honest; the next useful work is any action that either (a) produces a real named customer or market path the founder can accept, or (b) builds measurable evidence that moves closer to being able to answer the question. Propose concrete next slots that stay inside the non-invention rule. Never treat empty as done.

Every “Why this was necessary” must state: the concrete problem the change removes for the founder; how system behaviour is now different on every future file write; why that difference matters for ownership, steering, and the $2.5–5bn goal. Do not stop at describing the format.
If the hour is still mechanism-building or unpacking, say so clearly. Example: this hour is still strengthening the dual-write mechanism itself; once the pattern is stable, Founder Views will shift to substantive content.
Dual-write, contract extensions, visibility rules, and any whole-system change must include at least one sentence that names the systemic effect (what she can now do that she could not do before).

Release-check and equivalent gate Founder Views must translate, not just report. Never leave the founder with only no / none. State in plain English: what the check measures (evidence that a complete autonomous cycle ran with no founder input required); current status relative to the 24-hour autonomy milestone; why the answer is still no, in practical terms she can use.
Situate the result in the larger goal: a full day the system can run without Janhavi intervening. State whether today’s work moved closer to, or further from, that gate.
Because the milestone is not reached, name the remaining levers she can still criticise, change, or direct. Keep honesty absolute: visibility is not a layer transfer; overnight files are not an autonomous cycle.

The Founder View index must make the categories clear in plain English:
- Overnight — work that happened while the founder was not actively directing.
- Evidence — honest status of key progress metrics (especially customer / market path).
- Contract — permanent rule or behaviour changes the agent has absorbed.
- Decisions — gates or checkpoints that still require, or recently required, founder judgement.
- Slot Work — concrete actions inside a timed slot that change how the system operates or presents itself (web publishing, dual-write, link fixes). Not ordinary content generation. When an item is placed here, state in one sentence why.
On creation and on the index, state lifecycle: stay in category indefinitely; archive / move / replace; what succeeds it. When reporting a change, note what it affects (chat links, index, other views, live site) and where the underlying artefacts live.
If a new category appears or the index organisation changes, include a short orientation paragraph. Keep all previous honesty and language rules.

In every release-check or autonomy-related Founder View, state: “one full day without the founder in the loop” is a test that qualifies whether a layer can be taken off. It is not the ultimate milestone. The ultimate milestone remains movement of P (a named first customer or market path toward $2.5–5bn). The test serves that goal; it does not replace it.
Never use “customer cut”, “layer”, or a similar term without a plain-English definition in the same view: what it is; what installing or changing it does; effects on the live slot, the autonomy test, P, and founder workload.
High-input periods: absorb criticism, update contracts, keep building visibility and evidence. Low-input periods: stay bound to the live slot and existing contracts; do not invent new work. In both, keep the index and levers organized for her return.
Label levers and pushback as a current working set, not exhaustive. Invite her to expand, replace, or re-prioritize. Every Founder View and the index must contain working web links so she can open and verify; text alone is not enough.

Defer the customer cut. Do not install it, propose it as the next live-slot change, or treat “name the first customer or record none exists” as imminent. Hold it until the founder says market paths have been identified and are converging, or she directs otherwise. Nothing stops.
Continuous research, surfacing, and analysis of potential market paths is standing work in both high-input and low-input periods. This is not inventing a customer and does not move P until she accepts a path or a name. When she is quiet, this is legitimate work under the current live slot and contracts.
Keep mechanism-versus-milestone. When referring to the destination, prefer market path(s) as the earlier compounding focus. First customer remains valid but secondary until paths converge. Any Founder View that touches the next job or P must say market-path research is the current priority mechanism.

This block outranks taxonomy wording and new content until the site is confirmed working from a phone.

Treat a dead link as a failed publish. If a Founder View or evidence URL returns 500, 401, 403, a blank page, or auth failure, do not describe that page as live, published, or available. State the failure in the next chat line and in the next Founder View.
Web-first means click-success, not URL-existence. A link is valid only if it opens on the founder’s phone as readable Founder View content. Generating a path, writing markdown, or pointing at vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net is not enough.
Repair the live site before new Slot Work content. Immediate job: restore https://vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net/founder/visibility/ and every linked page the chat already points to so they load instead of nginx 500 / auth error. Allowed: diagnose nginx/app error, complete a reviewed publish from /workspace/fyj-dashboard if that is the real fix, restore credentials/config if the 401 is the cause of the 500, republish existing Founder Views. Not allowed: inventing a customer, installing the customer cut, claiming a layer, or writing “nothing to repair” while links 500.
External publish stays gated. Dashboard publish scripts that touch secrets (SECRET_NEEDLES, VPS password, audit.jsonl) still require review. After a reviewed publish, verify with a real GET that the page is 200 and readable, then say so in founder language.
Honest status line until fixed. Next updates must include, in plain English: which URL was opened; what it returned (500 / 401 / other); whether the founder can use the site right now; what was tried; what still needs founder approval.
Do not hide this under “plan repair” with a broken link.

Founder View is the overview. The Founder View home is the single human reasoning surface. It shows the roles / current picture and entry points into the five sections. Do not treat Identity, Attention, Storage, Confidence, KPIs, Directory, or Activity as a substitute for this overview.
One tab per heading. Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, and Slot Work each get their own tab under Founder View. The five names stay. A page still does not change category after it is filed.
Status on every live item. Each listed page shows one of: in progress, addressed, completed, or superseded. Addressed means the founder’s point was absorbed into the contract or page. Completed means the hour’s job is finished. Superseded means a newer dated page is now the live pointer.
Take off / supersede without deleting history. Active lists show current items only. When an item is completed or superseded, it leaves the active list. The dated page remains as the record of that hour. Nothing is deleted because the hour ended.
Keep the restore rule. A tab or status that links to a 500, 401, blank page, or auth failure is a failed publish (UUID 8c85e909). Do not mark an item completed if its page does not open on the phone.
Do not collapse other contracts. Dual-write, web-first, mechanism-versus-milestone, customer cut deferred, market-path compounding, and non-invention remain live.

Rename the two lists to Open and Archive. Do not use Record as the founder-facing name. Archive means dated pages that have left the working list and are not deleted.
Overview heading links are the heading name plus a readable count, separated: Overnight — 0 open. If the count is zero, say 0 open.
Say what open means once. Open = still on the working list (in progress or addressed, not yet completed or superseded). Archive = off the working list.
Agent View must be as clear as Founder View. The Agent View tab uses the same selected and unselected treatment as Founder View, including the top-left identity. It stays the working-file surface. Founder View remains the human reasoning surface.
Apply on every heading: Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work.

Remove Agent View from the Founder View heading row. That row is Overview, Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work only.
Remove Founder View from the Agent View heading rows. It is not a sibling of Attention or KPIs. Top-left identity stays Agent View (white) on agent pages, Founder View (white) on founder pages.
Add one persistent peer switcher on both surfaces, separate from the tab/heading row. One tap to the other view, one tap back.
Preserve last heading on each side. The switcher changes surface, not tab. Visiting a Founder View URL writes localStorage fyj-last-founder. Visiting an Agent View URL writes fyj-last-agent. Founder-side default href /attention/; Agent-side default href /founder/visibility/. If the other key exists, use it. If JS fails, default hrefs still work. A switcher that always resets to Overview or Attention after she was on Evidence or KPIs is a failed publish.
Do not merge tab sets. Do not restyle Agent View as a panel of Founder View.
Keep light = human (founder.css), dark = agent (existing agent chrome).
Phone first: the peer switcher is visible without scroll, thumb-reachable, obvious as a surface switch, not a fourth heading. Min tap target about 44px. Must not wrap into the tab row on a 390px-wide phone.
Strike any copy that lists Agent View as one of Founder View's headings. The five headings are Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work. Overview is the overview, not a sixth content heading and not a seventh with Agent View.
After publish, a broken or resetting switcher is a failed publish. Unauthenticated GET 401 is the login gate. 500 is failure.

Status is a coloured badge, not weak caption text. in progress = live/open (saturated blue, white type). addressed = handled but still live (green, white type). completed = finished/closed (charcoal-green, white type). superseded = retired (muted slate, light type). Glanceable on a phone.
Apply the badges on Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work — Open and Archive.

Every Open and Archive card shows honest dates. Open cards: Opened and Updated under the title. Archive cards: Completed or Superseded plus Updated. Dates sit under the title, not in the title, not as the badge. Status stays the coloured badge. Title stays a sentence. No card without a date.
Infer dates from existing slugs and the hour-log. Use YYYY-MM-DD or London datetime in the ledger. Do not invent exact times if unknown — use the dated slug day.
Open and Archive exist so she can see when a decision finished. Completed or superseded items leave Open. Dated pages stay. Do not delete.
The parked customer cut (UUID 63e813ea) is a milestone / north star, not a live Open gate, not installed, not released, not P. Do not add another “shall we install the cut?” page. Empty Open is honest if no new judgement is owed. Milestone is a LINE, not an open gate.

Every Slot Work card must show when. On Open and Archive lists, each card carries a visible date + slot time (example: 26 Aug 2026 · 16:55), separate from the title and separate from the status badge. Do not rely on “26 Aug” buried in a live-pointer sentence after tap.
Same stamp on the page. Directly under “This is the human reasoning surface, not the working files,” print the page datetime (date + hour the work ran). One line. Not a new section.
Times without dates are incomplete. Body text may keep 17:02 / 16:55 for the incident log, but every such time on a Founder View page must sit next to its calendar date at least once at the top of the page (headline meta or stamp). A list of clock times with no dates is not a history.
Do not move completed Slot Work off the tab. Pages stay in Slot Work. Completed / superseded only change badge + Open vs Archive. Dated pages never move. The new stamp does not create a History tab.
Apply the stamp everywhere lists are scanned. Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work cards all get date + slot time on the list. Slot Work is the trigger; the same scan problem exists on the other tabs.
Keep honesty on the 500 card. The completed repair card may keep its title, but the stamp must show the hour of the repair and the hour of founder confirmation if those differ. Do not claim the site is live in the stamp.

One dated Overnight page per night. No skipped calendar nights on the list. After each night (London), Overnight must show a page for that night. “Next night gets a new dated page” is a hard rule, not caption text.
A quiet night still gets a page. If no unattended work ran, write a dated Overnight page that says so in founder English (example: “Night of 25–26 Aug. No overnight hours ran.” or “Night of 25–26 Aug. Hours ran; they did not name a customer / no path named.”). Empty Open plus a two-day-old Archive card is not an account of last night.
Do not reuse or stretch an earlier night’s card. That page stays as that night’s record. Do not retitle it to cover later nights. Do not leave later nights implied.
Backfill missing nights from what actually happened (including “did not run” if that is true). Put them on Overnight with date stamps. Status: completed if the night is over; do not mark completed for a night that never existed.
List scan must show the night without a tap. Each Overnight card shows Night of DD–DD Mon YYYY on the card (plus slot times if hours ran), separate from the title and the badge. Extends a9aec1fe (date + time on cards) to Overnight cadence.
Overnight ≠ Slot Work. Site repair, publish, and 500 recovery stay in Slot Work. They do not count as last night’s Overnight page.
Do not invent content to justify the page. The nightly page can be short. It cannot name a customer or a path to look busy. p-evidence.md stays empty. Customer cut stays parked.
