What the agent just did

Each open Evidence page still has its own “Pushback invited — decide or criticise” questions and a watch / next decision point. Eleven pages times about three questions is about thirty-three independent replies. You asked for one inbox of the live pushbacks and next actions so you can reply once. Dated pages stay. You did not ask to close the eleven items, name a market, move P, or unpark the cut.

That inbox is now a page: Open asks — reply once.

It sits under Overview, not as a sixth heading. Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, and Slot Work stay the five names. Overview still shows the Open counts. The inbox is the work.

The inbox is generated from the Open pages at every publish. For each live Open card it pulls only: the heading; the card title; the date · slot time; the current pushback questions; the current watch / next line. It does not paste why necessary, alternatives rejected, or agent files. Those stay on the dated page. The inbox is the questions, not the research.

A later Open page — including a 06:55 recon page if that hour writes one — lands on the inbox at the next publish. I have not stolen 06:55 as recon. This hour is the inbox.

When you answer a line, that line is marked addressed on the inbox and on the source page. When every ask on a card is addressed, or the card is completed or superseded, it leaves the inbox. Empty inbox means nothing is waiting for a reply. One message from you can clear many lines. You do not have to open each dated page to register an answer.

I have not added extra questions so the inbox looks busy. I have not turned “which area is weak / which to deepen / which to drop” into a named customer or a P move. Strength order from 7e2c91a4 still applies on the recon map. The inbox is a different object.

This page sits under Contract. The inbox itself is not a Contract card and not a sixth tab.

Open evidence is unchanged. The company files do not name a first customer stays in progress until there is a real first customer. p-evidence.md is still empty. p-missing.md is still the one question you confirmed. market-paths.md still starts No path named yet.

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: thirty-odd questions sitting on eleven dated Evidence pages plus the Open Contract pages, each asking you to tap through and reply separately. You asked to reply once.

P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. This hour did not invent a path or a customer. P did not move.

A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This hour did not rename it.

The slot — the one line that says what this hour is on — is unchanged: Hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces. Use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.

A cut is a shortened next-job draft. The customer cut would make “name the first customer” the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging. It stays parked. It remains the milestone / north star.

This hour is still mechanism: one inbox for live asks. It is not a move of P. Milestone held; standing work is market-path compounding.
