What the agent just did

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: you had to decode chat. Stamps, card counts, Inbox N, a reshape time — a memo of the machine, not a story you can follow. A scan could see numbers and still miss the walk: $2.5–5bn company, first customer parked, path candidates still cannot be compiled, and this voice hour sitting on that gate.

Future file behaviour: every founder-facing line walks the dolls. Destination → parked cut → live compile-paths gate → this moment. #1 names that gate, then asks one question you can answer without opening the stamps. The header still carries the honest counts, and now glosses Overview cards and Inbox N on first sight. Collapse still hides the repeated trio; it must not hide that today filed. Hours stay handwritten. The next recon hour writes a Why this hour one-liner so you can see why that slot ran, without a decode. Old path-research pages are not rewritten.

Why that matters for ownership, steering, and $2.5–5bn: you steer from chat and from the inbox. If the walk is missing, a reply lands on the wrong thing. P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked; the p-missing question is still the blocking question you confirmed. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. Naming the compile-paths gate in a sentence you can answer is not a named path and not a customer. P did not move.
