Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: founder-facing lines read as a memo. You had to decode chat. Future file behaviour is on the Contract page. After this hour, every rebuild keeps Russian doll gates on the header, glosses Overview cards and Inbox N under the counts, and keeps #1 as the compile-paths question — not on-track of the parked customer door. Why it matters for ownership, steering, and $2.5–5bn: you cannot steer from a list that treats a parked cut as the next job, or from chat that only reports stamps. P stays the company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. Walking the dolls in founder English is not a path and not a customer. P did not move.
