Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: the page you opened was a recon dump, and the bucket section was still the original six labelled as a guess. Your own model — templates and the setup ritual, a productised hour, swarm then a coverage engine, later trust gates — was not on the founder surface, so hours kept filing the old cabinet.
