A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today’s layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This hour did not rename it.

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: the walk lived in words on Open asks. You had to decode the inbox to see destination, parked cut, and the live gate. Fortification on risk reduction sat on Evidence as a card, not on the gate it serves.

Future file behaviour: Doll gates is first in Founder View chrome. The page is generated from the six recon categories, so a later hour updates the roots without a stale hand-written map. #1 now names the pivot option in words — keep these hours on this gate, pivot to the root that has thickened (risk reduction as a constraint, not a path), or stop. The $2.5–5bn lock sits on the map. Inbox cards do not repeat it.

Why that matters for ownership, steering, and $2.5–5bn: you steer from a picture you can tap. If the live gate is only in the inbox, a reply can land on the parked cut. P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked; the p-missing question is still the blocking question you confirmed. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. Drawing the compile-paths gate with roots is not a named path and not a customer. P did not move.
