What the agent just did

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: #1 was the parked inner cut — name someone / none exists — after a day of hours that still cannot compile a path. That made a locked door look walkable. A scan could not see the working perimeter. Numbered middle-gate labels would have made the same mistake in a different font: a map that looks finished while the hour is still stuck.

Future file behaviour: the next rebuild prints Russian doll gates on the header, names the active gate in words on #1, and keeps the customer cut parked. Thin hours do not open a gate. A pass is a definite compile, or a different blocker you name. Volume is not a pass. The dated 25 Aug page stays. Other contracts are not collapsed into this card.

Why that matters for ownership, steering, and $2.5–5bn: you steer from the inbox. If 1 is the wrong gate, a reply lands on the wrong thing. P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked; the p-missing question is still the blocking question you confirmed. Empty is honest, not finished.
