Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: after a filed cycle the inbox could still show the parked inner cut as the walkable door at 1, while the hours had only shown that path candidates still cannot be compiled. You asked for the working perimeter in words. You asked for Russian doll gates on the header. You said this hour is the contract, not another recon page.

Future file behaviour is on the Contract page. After this hour, every rebuild prints Russian doll gates, names the active gate in words at 1, and keeps the customer cut parked. Thin hours do not open a gate. The next hour does not have to re-discover that.
