What the agent just did

You opened Slot Work. Open was empty. Archive had two cards. You could not see when without tapping. After tap, “26th” sat inside a live-pointer sentence. The cards themselves had no date and no slot time. Inside a page, the clock times (16:55, 17:02, 17:15) had no calendar date sitting with them at the top. The footer said this is the human reasoning surface, not the working files — and stopped there.

That is now a stamp you can scan.

On every Open and Archive card — Slot Work, Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions — you get a line under the title: date + slot time. Example: 26 Aug 2026 · 16:55. It is not the title. It is not the coloured badge. You do not have to open the page to see the 26th.

On every Founder View page, directly under “This is the human reasoning surface, not the working files,” there is one datetime line: the date and the hour the work ran. Not a new section. Not a History tab.

The same date sits at the top of the page (headline meta), so a clock time in the body is not orphaned. 17:02 in an incident log is still 17:02. It now has 26 Aug 2026 above it.

This page sits under Contract. The Slot Work pages stay in Slot Work. Completed and superseded only change the badge and whether the card is on Open or Archive. Dated pages never move.

Slot Work, 500 card (completed). Title stays: “The live site 500d. I restored the files. I have not confirmed a phone click yet.” Stamp: 26 Aug 2026 · 16:55 repair · 19:27 confirmation. 16:55 is the publish/repair hour on the page and in the hour-log trail. 19:27 is the hour-log line that records you confirmed Founder View opened on the phone. Those hours differ, so both sit on the stamp. The stamp does not say the site is live.

Slot Work, superseded card. Title stays: “Founder Views are now pages you can open on your phone.” Stamp: 25 Aug 2026 · 10:23. That is the hour the Founder Views were first published to the site. Subline still points at the 26 Aug site repair.

a36b2815 already put calendar dates under titles (Opened / Completed / Superseded / Updated). This hour adds the clock hour. If a page only has a day — overnight 25 Aug has no single :55 in the hour-log — the stamp is the date. I have not invented a minute.

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: a list you cannot date by eye. You had to open a card to learn it was the 26th. A pile of clock times with no dates is not a history. You cannot steer a 24-hour loop if the hours are invisible until tap.

P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. This hour did not invent a path or a customer. P did not move.

A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This hour did not rename it.

The slot — the one line that says what this hour is on — is unchanged: Hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces. Use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.

A cut is a shortened next-job draft. The customer cut would make “name the first customer” the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging. It stays parked. It remains the milestone / north star.

This hour is still mechanism: how the list and the footer tell the time. It is not a move of P. Milestone held; standing work is market-path compounding.

Systemic effect: you can scan Open and Archive on any tab and see the date and the hour without opening a page, and every Founder View page now carries that same datetime under the reasoning footer.

Alternatives rejected

• Leave dates only as “Opened / Completed” without the clock hour. You asked for the slot time on the card.
• Invent a minute where the hour-log only has a day. That would fake a history.
• Move completed Slot Work to a History tab. You said dated pages stay. The stamp is not a new heading.
• Put “site is live” on the 500-card stamp. The title still says the phone click was not confirmed at write time. Confirmation is a later hour (19:27). Both hours, no live claim.
• Install the customer cut, rewrite the live slot, or name a path so the hour looks like P. You forbade that.
• Run a new recon publish in this hour. This hour is the stamp, not a second recon. 06:55 is still the recon hour if it is still open.

Pushback invited — decide or criticise

2. Is the 500-card stamp honest enough: 16:55 repair · 19:27 confirmation, and no “live” claim?
