The walk, so this makes sense on its own

The two answers

The empty P file exists so the score cannot be faked. Empty is honest, not finished. Vision-first is the right mechanism ask; it does not itself move P until a path is accepted.

Why this was necessary

It removes two false claims before they can harden: that vision-first visibility equals a job leaving your hands, and that more mechanism pages equal movement toward the valuation. Because the close is written from the files, every future hour has to leave evidence a stranger could check rather than prose. That is what keeps ownership and steering with you: you can see from the slot line and the score alone that nothing came off your plate today. One full day without you in the loop is a test of whether a layer can come off — it is not the destination. The destination is P, market paths first. Today that test also showed one missing overnight hour.

C (total cost) stayed high for unchanged P: you spent morning directing on vision-first, skipped the afternoon check, and the agent burned twenty-three hours to move nothing on P while one slot went missing. S (built-up reliance on this layer) stays 1 — no credit, no debit. Growth is not declared.

Alternatives rejected

Team, since the cycle is supposed to grow one

No concrete way to build the agent team so it beats the last cycle's team surfaced today, so the live team stays founder only and there is no hire. The honest rostering note: reach is still the only blocker named and re-evidenced for days on end, and vision-first names five mechanism pieces you want visible before more recon theatre. If a first team job is ever rostered, it needs your word before it is rostered, not mine.
