Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: quiet hours writing stop after the register, and asking you for a forbidden-market list so the hour had a title.

Future files behave differently. Each recon hour shows area / found / stronger-thin-discarded / P unchanged. Pushback is on the recon itself — which area is weak, which candidate to deepen, which to drop — not “name a market so the hour has a title.”

That matters for ownership and for $2.5–5bn because compounding only counts if the map is real and the path is one you accept. A stop after the register was idle dressed as honesty. Asking you to title the hour handed the standing job back to you. Ownership stays with you on the name. The hours keep looking until a candidate can run end to end.
