What the agent just did
You walked the site on the phone and Agent View was sitting in the Founder View heading row, next to Slot Work, as if it were one of the headings. It is not. Founder View was sitting in the Agent View row as if it were a sibling of Attention. It is not.
Those nested tabs are gone. Founder View headings are Overview, Overnight, Evidence, Contract, Decisions, Slot Work. Agent View headings are Identity, Attention, Storage, Confidence, KPIs, Directory, Activity. One pill, top right, takes you to the other surface. One tap back. If you were on Evidence, you land back on Evidence. If you were on KPIs, you land back on KPIs. The switcher changes the surface, not the tab.

Why this was necessary
A heading that is actually the other product is a lie. On the phone you had to leave one view, then hunt for the other. That is founder-time tax on the loop the slot was holding.
Founder View is the human reasoning surface. Light page. Agent View is the clock and working-file surface. Dark page. They are peers. Neither is a tab of the other.
A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer is the peer toggle. It left your hands this evening because you named it and told hindsight to write the next slot.
P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. It stays empty and honest. No named customer. No accepted market path. Empty is not finished. Market-path research remains the content priority. This hour did not invent a path or a customer.
The slot — the one line that says what this hour is on — is now: hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces, and use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.
The customer cut stays parked. A cut is a change to the live slot that would make “name the first customer” the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging.
Systemic effect: you can switch surfaces in one tap, land where you were, and you do not have to restate that the two views are peers.
Alternatives rejected
- Leave Agent View in the Founder View heading row. That teaches the wrong hierarchy.
- Merge the tab sets into one bar. That would restyle the agent as a panel of the human page.
- Reset the other side to Overview or Attention every time you switch. That is a failed publish.
- Invent a customer or install the parked cut while fixing the chrome.
