Founder View · Slot Work

Safari kept asking because HTTP would not hold the password. The site is now HTTPS. Same login.

Headline. Safari on your phone kept asking for the password between pages because the site was plain HTTP, and Safari will not remember HTTP Basic Auth on HTTP. The site is now HTTPS. The login is still janhavi. An unauthenticated visit is still HTTP 401. This is not cookies, not Authelia, not a new account.

This page sits under Slot Work because HTTPS changed how the site presents itself, not because the hour named a customer or a path.

What the agent just did

Safari was re-prompting as you moved around Founder View. That is a known Safari behaviour on plain HTTP: it will not cache the password across routes. The fix that was already decided is live:

  1. HTTPS with a Let's Encrypt certificate for vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net.
  2. HTTP now redirects to HTTPS.
  3. One Basic Auth realm for the whole site: FYJ. Same htpasswd, same user janhavi.
  4. Unauthenticated GET is still 401. That gate is unchanged.
  5. Cookie / session login was not installed.

Checked from here after reload (no passwords printed): HTTP / returns 301 to https://vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net/. HTTPS without login returns 401 with WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="FYJ" on /, /founder/visibility/, Founder View pages, Agent View paths (Attention, KPIs, Directory, Storage, Identity), and CSS/JS. With the janhavi login those same paths return 200. The certificate is Let's Encrypt (issuer YE2), not self-signed; verify ok. Unauthenticated is 401, not 500. /var/www/fyj/dist is still absent.

I have not watched your phone. Tap Founder View on Safari. If it asks once and then stays in, say so. If it still re-asks between tabs, say so.

P is empty and honest. No named customer. No accepted market path. p-evidence.md is still empty. p-missing.md is still the question you confirmed. market-paths.md still starts No path named yet.

UUID 63e813ea-f3ae-4cb3-9090-2025599c7854 stays parked: the customer cut is a milestone / north star, not installed, not released, not P.

The slot is quoted unchanged:

Hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces. Use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.

Layer: Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View.

Hermes stays parked. Not started. Not this hour.

Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: on Safari, each new route on HTTP looked like a new login. You could not use Founder View as one surface. Future visits go to HTTPS; Safari can hold the same Basic Auth password for this host. CSS and JS sit behind the same realm, so a page cannot load while its assets re-prompt under a different name.

P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the current priority mechanism. Turning the site to HTTPS is not a path and not a customer. P did not move.

A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This hour did not rename it.

A cut is a shortened next-job draft. The customer cut would make "name the first customer" the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging. It stays parked.

This hour is still mechanism: how the site presents itself. It is not a move of P. Milestone held; standing work is market-path compounding.

Systemic effect: you can bookmark https://vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net/founder/visibility/, type the same janhavi login once, and move between Founder View and Agent View without Safari treating every path as a new HTTP login. Chat and new pages should point at https. Old http links redirect.

Alternatives rejected

Pushback invited — decide or criticise

Working set, not exhaustive.
1. On Safari, open Founder View. Does it ask once, then stay in as you change tabs?
2. Keep the janhavi login and the 401 gate.
3. Do not treat HTTPS as a released layer, a path, or a P move.

Current levers

Working set, not exhaustive.
1. Market-path compounding — standing work. Not P until you accept a path.
2. The parked customer cut — milestone / north star. Not the live job. Not installed.
3. The live slot — still the 24-hour loop with peer surfaces. Not rewritten this hour.
4. Hermes — parked / not now. Not started.
5. This hour — HTTPS + one FYJ realm. Phone tap still the Safari confirmation.

Watch / next

Dead link is a failed publish. Unauthenticated 401 is the login gate. 500 is failure. If Safari on the phone still re-asks after a single HTTPS login, say so; that is a new repair, not a cookie switch.
