Why this was necessary

The problem this hour removes: destination was the outer ring. Future file behaviour is on the Contract page. After this hour, every rebuild keeps Overview first, draws destination at the centre, parks the customer inside the market ring, and prints the live gate on that ring. The next hour does not have to re-discover that.

Why it matters for ownership, steering, and $2.5–5bn: you cannot steer from a picture that puts the goal on the outside. P stays the company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. The empty file exists so the score cannot be faked. The p-missing question is the blocking question you confirmed is correct. Empty is honest, not finished.
