What the agent just did
I added a permanent rule: every Founder View is for you, not for the agent. It must define jargon, carry enough context to decide without opening the raw files, and end with a pushback section you can answer in one pass. I rewrote the overnight page you just watched under that rule.
Why this was necessary
You said the page was formatted as a Founder View but the language was training, not aimed at you, and that you cannot decide or criticise without full context in the page itself. A surface you still have to forensically read is not visibility. P (company position toward $2.5–5bn) is still starting line: no named customer, no market path. If you cannot steer from the page, the hours do not compound under your ownership.
Alternatives rejected
- Leave the overnight page as it was and only change future hours. You would still be looking at the training version you just opened. Control stays delayed.
- Redesign Identity or Attention to carry this. Those stay locked or frozen. This is a Founder View rule only.
- Install the customer cut as part of this rewrite. That would mix a language fix with a slot change you have not directed. P would not actually move, and I would have taken a decision you still own.
