Dual-write means every hour now leaves you a page you can judge

What the agent just did
I extended the operating contract so I cannot write or update an internal file without also writing a human page for you, then publishing it. The morning question was skipped. Daytime plan continues. I have not rewritten the live job line.
Why this was necessary
This hour is still strengthening the dual-write mechanism itself. Once the pattern is stable, Founder Views will shift to substantive content (customer, market path, whether a job has left your hands). Current state: every new agent file now automatically receives a parallel Founder View so you never have to reconstruct the trail.
The concrete problem this removes: you were opening raw files at the end of the day to work out why I wrote them. That is the forensic overhead the sole-founder agent was meant to take off you.
How the system is now different: on every future file write I must (1) write the working file, (2) write this page in your language, (3) publish both in the same hour. Chat only points here. A file without a Founder View is a contract break.
Why that matters for ownership and the $2.5–5bn goal: P is company position toward $2.5–5bn. It is still at the starting line (no named customer, no market path). If you cannot see why each hour’s files exist, you cannot tell useful work from bookkeeping, and you cannot steer. Dual-write is what keeps ownership with you while hours run without you in the room.
Systemic effect: you can now open any hour’s work and immediately see both the raw file and the human-readable reasoning without leaving the Founder View layer.
Alternatives rejected
- Put the “why” only in chat. The explanation would vanish in the stream. P would stay starting line and you would still own the reconstruction work. Control would be by memory, not by a page you can criticise.
- Redesign Identity or Attention today to carry this. Identity is locked. Attention copy is frozen. A redesign would spend the hour on pages that are not allowed to change, and would not create a parallel view for every future file.
Pushback invited — decide or criticise
- Is this why now tight enough, or still surface-level?
- Keep unpacking the mechanism this afternoon, or shift the 17:15 close onto the customer question only?
- Any hour’s Founder View you want discarded as still training-speak?
