What the agent just did
You opened the tabs on the phone and the status word had stuck to the title. Completed sat against Overnight. In progress sat against The company files. The overview chip read Overnight then 0 open with no space. The second list was named Record. Agent View still looked like the leftover dark dashboard.
Those joins are gone. Status sits on its own line as a badge. The title sentence starts after it. The two lists are Open and Archive. Overview chips now read Overnight — 0 open, with the count separate. Agent View carries the same white name treatment as Founder View, including the top-left identity.

Why this was necessary
A badge that runs into the title is not a badge. On a phone you cannot tell the status from the sentence. Record sounded like a dump, not dated pages that have left the working list.
Open means still on the working list (in progress or addressed, not yet completed or superseded). Archive means off the working list. The dated page stays. Nothing is deleted because the hour ended.
P is company position toward the $2.5–5bn goal. It stays empty and honest. No named customer. No accepted market path. The empty evidence file exists so the score cannot be faked. Empty is not finished. Market-path research remains the content priority. This hour did not invent a path or a customer.
The slot — the one line that says what this hour is on — is unchanged: hold the 24-hour founder loop. Layer today is None. A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. None means nothing came off.
The customer cut stays parked. A cut is a change to the live slot that would make “name the first customer” the next job. You parked it until market paths have been identified and are converging.
This hour is still presentation: how the site talks, not a move of P.

Alternatives rejected
- Leave the badge and title in one line. The phone still glues them.
- Keep Record as the name. That is not what Archive means.
- Treat Identity or Attention as the overview. Those are working files. Founder View stays the reasoning surface.
- Invent a customer or install the parked cut while fixing the labels.
