Night of 3–4 Sep 2026 · 18:55–06:55

Night of 3–4 Sep. Hours ran; they did not name a customer.

Headline. Night of 3–4 September 2026. Unattended hours ran from 18:55 through 06:55 with honest holes. They wrote recon notes. They did not name a customer. They did not name a path. This page is the night account. It is not a copy of every recon file. It is not Slot Work. Status: completed.

What the agent just did

While you were not directing, the hours ran:

The hour-log has a :55 row for every hour listed above that ran. 20:55–00:55, 05:55, and 07:55 are missing from both the hour-log and the research files. I have not invented quiet hours that did not run.

Those notes already sit under Evidence. This page does not repeat them. The night account is: hours ran; they stayed thin; nobody was named; no path was named; P did not move.

08:55 is the morning decision ask (asked; window closed 10:25 with no reply — skip logged at 10:55). It is not this night. 09:55 Techstars and 10:55 Hoxton are morning recon after the night — not stolen into Overnight.

I have not retitled or stretched the prior Overnight pages. Hermes stayed parked (9f3c8a21). Not started.

Why this was necessary

It is the morning of the 4th. Without this page, Overnight would show through 2–3 Sep, and last night would be a hole. Cadence (c0cbf4d7) says every London night gets a dated page. Site repair and Slot Work do not replace Overnight. This page was missing at 09:55 and is written now as backfill at 10:55.

P is company position toward $2.5–5bn. p-evidence.md is still empty so the score cannot be faked. p-missing.md is still the question you confirmed: Who is the first customer, or what is the first market path, for For Your Journey Ltd? Empty is honest, not finished. This night did not invent a name so the page would look busy.

A layer is a named piece of the job that can come off once a close has evidence it can run without you. Today's layer stays Peer toggle: Founder View ↔ Agent View. This page did not rename it.

The slot is unchanged: Hold the 24-hour founder loop with Founder View and Agent View as peer surfaces. Use the hours for market-path compounding. Do not invent a customer. Do not unpark the customer cut.

A cut is a shortened next-job draft. The customer cut stays parked (UUID 63e813ea). Milestone held; standing work is market-path compounding.

Overnight ≠ Slot Work. Recon hours are the night. Mechanism stamps are not.

Systemic effect: you can scan Overnight and see that 3–4 Sep ran, what hours it covered, where the holes are, and that it still did not name a customer — without opening Evidence.

Alternatives rejected

Pushback invited — decide or criticise

Working set, not exhaustive.
1. Is 18:55–04:55 the right night stamp, with 06:55 named as a morning hour after the night, matching prior nights?
2. Any hour I have put in the wrong bucket — Overnight vs Evidence vs Slot Work vs morning?
3. Is a short night account enough, or do you want more of the recon detail on this page?
4. Is noting the missing 20:55–00:55, 05:55, and 07:55 enough honesty, or do you want those holes called out differently?

Watch / next decision point

The next London night gets a new dated page. Quiet still gets a page. Dead link is a failed publish. 06:55 recon has not been stolen into the night list without being labelled morning. 08:55 was asked this morning and skipped at 10:55 — not this page.

market-paths.md still starts No path named yet.

Prior contracts still live: c0cbf4d7 Overnight cadence; a9aec1fe; a36b2815; 26e4abb6 hold is no invention, not no recon; 21b73208 recon map; 9f3c8a21 Hermes parked; 8c85e909 click-success; dual-write; web-first; non-invention; 63e813ea customer cut parked; f7c2a04e founder voice; a91e3c70 doll map; c4d8e21b doll circles; 06657cd0 pages shareable.
