Dead links are a failed publish. A URL is not live until a phone click returns a page.
Headline. Contract UUID 8c85e909-57b0-4d5d-a086-173f68ed5627 is live. Dead links are a failed publish. Site must return a readable page before any other visibility claim.
What changed
This is a permanent contract, not a one-hour note. It outranks taxonomy wording and new content until the site is confirmed working from your phone.
If a Founder View URL returns 500, 401, 403, a blank page, or an auth failure, I will not call it live, published, or available. I will say the failure in chat and on the next Founder View.
This page sits under Contract.
Why this was necessary
You opened the links on your phone and got nginx 500. From this computer, the same URLs returned 401 without the site login. Neither is a readable Founder View. The last several contracts existed so you could open a link and steer. That layer was down.
P is company position toward $2.5–5bn. It stays unmoved. p-evidence.md stays empty. Empty is honest, not finished. Market-path research remains the content priority once the site works. A research note is not a P move until you accept a path.
The problem this removes: chat that says “Founder View” while every tap fails. Future file writes must not treat a path as published. Ownership of the click stays with you.
One full day without you in the loop is a test, not the destination. The destination is P, with market path(s) first.
The customer cut stays parked. UUID 63e813ea-f3ae-4cb3-9090-2025599c7854.
Systemic effect: I can no longer point at a URL and call the day visible.
Alternatives rejected
- Keep writing new Founder Views on a dead site. That hides the break.
- Invent a customer or install the parked cut while repairing. Forbidden.
- Call 401 “the site is live, you just need a password” while your phone shows 500.
Pushback invited — decide or criticise
Working set, not exhaustive.
1. After you tap, tell me if the page opens or still 500s.
2. Keep the password gate. I have not turned it off.
3. Do not treat this contract as a layer transfer.
Current levers (working set, not exhaustive)
- Click-success on the live site.
- Market-path compounding, once a click works.
- The parked customer cut.
- The live slot — still the 24-hour loop.
Watch / next decision point
I will not call the site usable until a click returns a readable page. 17:15 still scores from files. Slot unchanged. Layer: None.
Prior contracts still live: 840935eb taxonomy; 847af8f8 mechanism vs milestone; 63e813ea customer cut deferred.
