4. To roll back Dev-only: revert `html-explainers/dev/` git/workspace copy and re-publish that tree (or leave live as-is and stop linking Dev).
5. Parked cut 63e813ea unchanged.

1. Founder walks Dev shadow + this report; confirms Vision vs Market standing decision explicitly.
2. Founder approves cutover in writing (separate from this candidate report).

5. Keep rollback window with prior live snapshot.
