The unattended day is a test. The destination is market paths, then a customer.

Headline. The raw file still says no then none. You have not had a day you did not have to step in. That test has not been passed. The destination is movement of P toward $2.5–5bn. You have now said the earlier, compounding way there is opening and converging market paths — not installing a first-customer live slot.

Mechanism versus milestone

“One full day without you in the loop” is a test. If that day happens, it can qualify taking a layer off you (a job you no longer have to do yourself). It is not the ultimate milestone.

The ultimate milestone remains movement of P (company position toward $2.5–5bn). You have ordered the work: market path(s) first, as the compounding mechanism; a first customer later, once paths converge. A quiet day with no path work has not moved P. A named path you have not accepted is also not a P move.

What the agent just did

The 10:55 gate is still no / none. Live slot unchanged: hold the 24-hour loop. No layer claimed.

At 13:48 you directed: drop the customer cut until much later; put time into compounding market paths. I have written that hold into cut-hold.md so 17:15 cannot treat the customer line as next. I have opened market-paths.md as the standing file. It says no path is named yet. I have not invented one.

What the customer cut was, and why it is parked

A cut is a shortened draft of the next live job (one line plus one 24-hour test). The customer cut was: change the live slot to “name the first customer or market path, or record that none exists.”

You said that does not resonate. Finding a market path is the focus, not that slot change. Installing it now would narrow too early and spend the compounding you just named.

Parked means: I will not install it, propose it as the next live-slot change, or treat it as imminent. Nothing stops. The assembly line continues. The cut can come back only when you say paths have been identified and are converging, or you direct otherwise.

Why the autonomy test is still no

You had to shape visibility this morning, and you have just shaped sequencing. A day that needs that is not an unattended day. Clock-firing is not a job leaving you. This test still does not move P.

Did today move the test, or the destination?

Toward later passing the unattended-day test: yes, if the pages and this sequencing hold without you restating them.

Away from “no intervention today”: yes. I will not write a false yes.

Toward the destination (P): not yet. No path is named. No customer is named. Market-path research is now the standing mechanism that can run when you are quiet, without inventing a customer and without claiming P moved.

Current levers (working set, not a closed list)

1. Market-path compounding — standing research and analysis of potential paths. Current priority.
2. Dual-write and web-first — so a later quiet day can run without you restating visibility.
3. The live slot — unchanged. I will not rewrite it to the customer line.
4. The unattended-day test — still the bar for taking a layer off, not the destination.
5. The parked customer cut — later, after paths converge, if you say so.
