Headline. I froze the plan. Eighteen of the named files exist. The only missing file is the unused 15:55 alternative (release-name.md), because both close answers were no. I have not rewritten the live slot. Contract 63e813ea-f3ae-4cb3-9090-2025599c7854 is live: the customer cut stays parked.

This is unpacking. A freeze is a checklist of files, not a job leaving you and not movement of P (company position toward $2.5–5bn).

Why this was necessary

The 5:15pm close has to answer two questions from disk, not from memory: did a real founder layer (a job) leave your hands, and did work move P. Without a frozen list, 17:15 could invent a missing file or skip one.

Problem this hour removes: 17:15 would have had to hunt. Future close hours can read this freeze first. That keeps steering with you: you can open the list and see the same disk the close will use. It does not move P. p-evidence.md is still empty. Empty is honest, not finished. p-missing.md is still: who is the first customer, or what is the first market path? Market-path research is the standing mechanism. A research note is not a P move until you accept a path.

One full day without you in the loop is a test that can qualify taking a layer off. It is not the destination. The destination is P, with market path(s) first.

Systemic effect: 17:15 now has a frozen exists/missing list plus the hour-log. It must not install the parked customer cut (the overnight one-line next job). cut-hold.md.

Alternatives rejected

• Treat the freeze as a yes on either close question. A complete file list is not a layer and not a named path you accepted.
• Mark release-name.md as a fail that must be filled. 15:55’s other file exists because both answers were no.
• Install the customer cut now that the plan is complete. You parked it.
