What the agent just did
I checked whether each planned file from 10:55pm last night through 10:55am today exists. All thirteen do. The 11:55 job is existence, not a quality score of the night.
Why this was necessary
12:55 is only allowed to fill a missing file from facts that already exist. It must not invent a customer or a layer. Without this list, 12:55 would be guessing. P (company position toward $2.5–5bn) is still starting line; this check does not move it. It only keeps the day’s paper honest so 5:15pm can be scored from disk.
Alternatives rejected
- Mark 9:55 as fail because it first said the previous file was missing. The file is there now (the customer question after you skipped the morning ask). Calling it fail would force a rewrite of a pass. Control of the plan would get noisier, not clearer.
- Invent a fail so 12:55 has work. P would not move. You would be looking at a fake hole.

- Is “file exists” enough for this check, or should 11:55 also have scored whether each file is actually useful?
- Any of the thirteen files you want discarded before 17:15?
- Install the cut at 17:15 even if still no layer? Yes / No / Modify wording.
