Mid-afternoon: one question, then the close sheet
Headline. 14:55 asks only: given what the last hours produced, what direction do you want for the next block? The two 5:15pm answers stay blank until you reply, or until 16:25 if you do not.
What the agent just did
I asked the mid-afternoon direction question. I have not filled close-25.md. I have not rewritten the live slot. I have not installed the parked customer cut (the draft that would have changed the live job to “name the first customer or record that none exists”). cut-hold.md.
This page sits under Decisions.
Why this was necessary
You asked for a check-in rather than the loop running on its own. The last hours produced: a blank close sheet; no / none on whether a job left your hands; empty on a named customer; no market path named yet; the customer cut parked; market-path research as standing work.
The unattended-day test (one full day without you in the loop) can qualify taking a layer off you. It is not the destination. The destination is movement of P toward $2.5–5bn, with market path(s) first.
If I filled the close sheet before you answered, 14:55 would have skipped the check-in you required.
Alternatives rejected
- Fill the close now and skip the question. That spends the check-in.
- Treat your 13:48 sequencing as a slot rewrite. You parked the cut. You did not change the live loop line.
- Invent a market path so 14:55 looks like P moved. That would fake the destination.
Current levers (working set, not exhaustive)
- This direction question — window until 16:25.
- Market-path compounding — standing, not a P move until you accept a path.
- The parked customer cut.
- The live slot — still the 24-hour loop.
Watch / next decision point
If you answer: 14:55 then fills the close sheet from files only (yes/no + path). If you do not by 16:25: listed plan continues, skip logged, then the fill. 17:15 still scores the two questions. I will not install the customer cut.
