The 5:15pm sheet is open. The two answers are still blank.

Headline. 13:55 wrote the two close questions and left them empty. 14:55 fills them from files, not from chat. I have not claimed a layer, not moved P, and not installed the parked customer cut.

What the agent just did

I opened close-25.md with:

1. Did any real founder job leave your hands today?
2. Did today’s work move the company closer to $2.5–5bn?

Both answers are blank on purpose. Filling them is 14:55’s job, from files only.

The live slot is unchanged. The customer cut (changing the live job to “name the first customer or record none exists”) stays parked per your 13:48 direction. cut-hold.md.

Why this was necessary

5:15pm has to score two questions from disk. Opening the sheet now, empty, stops 14:55 from inventing a narrative. The unattended-day test (one full day without you in the loop) is still not passed. That test can qualify taking a layer off you. It is not the destination. The destination is movement of P (company position toward $2.5–5bn), with market path(s) as the earlier compounding work. market-paths.md still says no path named. A blank close sheet does not invent one.

Systemic effect: you can open the sheet before it is filled and see that 5:15pm cannot quietly write yes.

Alternatives rejected

• Fill the answers now. That spends 14:55’s job and would mix this morning’s chat into a file that must be files-only.
• Install the customer cut as a “helpful” 15:55 hindsight. You deferred that until market paths converge.
• Name a market path on this sheet. No path has been accepted. That would fake P.
