1. Background of the issue

1.1 What was recorded

On 30 August 2026, between 13:35 and 13:39 BST, the founder opened FYJ Founder Bot on an iPhone at vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net. The recording is a continuous 4 minute 5 second walk of Founder View: Open asks, then Overview, then the five working tabs (Evidence / Contract / Decisions / Slot Work / Overnight). Agent View is visible as a peer toggle and is not walked. Clock on the device: 13:35 → 13:39. Battery 83% then 82%. Login identity on the surface: janhavi.

The recording is the human reasoning surface, not the working files. Working files sit behind one link. A banner is not a paint. A URL is not live until a phone click returns a page. Dead link = failed publish. Unauthenticated 401 = login gate. 500 = failure. HTTPS stays. Kept current every publish from Open pages. Live-gate #1. Not strength.

This brief treats the walkthrough as a primary source. Counts and card titles below are taken from the recording, not inferred. Thirty-six frames were read. Stills in this briefing are reconstructions: chrome and copy match those frames; they are not original screen captures of the MP4.

Safari kept re-asking because HTTP would not hold the password. The site is now HTTPS. Same janhavi login. 401 still the gate. Not cookies. Tap Safari to confirm it stopped re-asking. If it still re-asks after a single HTTPS login, that is a new repair, not a cookie switch.

Do not treat HTTPS as a released layer, a path, or a P move. This hour that touched HTTPS is Slot Work (c7b2e14a / 10:51 card), not recon.

Independent of the recording: an unauthenticated request to the host in this briefing’s research pass returned 401. That matches the written gate. It is not a dead link.

1.14 What this recording is not

The issue that remains after the walk is the same issue that was #1 at the start: path candidates that can run end to end still cannot be compiled.

2. Why this issue matters for Janhavi

2.1 The destination is the company

Janhavi’s destination, written on the inbox, the doll-gate walk, and the Decisions tab, is a $2.5–5bn company. Every other object in Founder View is nested inside that. A live gate that cannot compile an end-to-end market path means the destination has a centre and a parked first-customer cut, and no runnable route between them.

That is not a documentation problem. It is the difference between a company that can take a first hour of paid work on a named market path and a company that can only file more recon.

2.2 Empty P is honest — and expensive if it stays empty

Overview says: P. Empty. No named customer. No accepted market path. Empty is honest, not finished. p-evidence.md stays empty.

Honesty is the point of the system. Cost is the point of this brief. While P is empty:

A founder-agent system that remains correctly empty is still a system that is not yet a company at the destination scale.

2.3 Hours are compounding on the wrong object

Standing instruction: Use the hours for market-path compounding.

What the walk actually shows for 30 Aug:

That is compounding on coverage of the map, not on a runnable path. Coverage of the map can go to infinity (SRA, CLC, LSB, CILEX, IPReg, ICO, Law Society of NI, Insolvency Service, CIMA, Faculty of Advocates, IPA, ICB, Bar of NI, HSE, BoE, TPO, IoD…) without ever producing a candidate that can run end to end.

For a sole founder, each :55 that files another “stayed thin / no path named” is an hour that did not move the live door.

Four London nights on the Overnight archive. Hours ran. They did not name a customer. That sentence repeating is the cost of the unmet door.

2.4 Overview cards are not Inbox N

The inbox itself warns: do not treat Overview cards rising as proof Inbox N is current. At capture, 109 ≠ 41 ≠ 61 ≠ 13. Four different meters:

Only zero named paths is the live-gate meter. If Janhavi answers the 61, she has answered the inbox. She has not compiled a candidate. The system will reshape Open asks after the next filed :55 and the live door will still be unmet.

2.5 Founder-model context is ingested — and not certified

The live-gate card is explicit: founder-model context is already ingested; first-cut buckets from founder context are not certified.

That includes, without promoting them to a path:

Ingested-but-uncertified is the dangerous state: it looks like the model is full, so the temptation is to pick a bucket and call it a path. The live gate forbids that. Certification is the compile step: can this candidate run end to end, from destination through the parked first-customer gate, without naming the customer, without moving P, without unparking the cut?

Until that compile exists, Janhavi is carrying a loaded model and an empty P at the same time.

2.6 The parked customer cut cannot substitute a path

63e813ea is parked on purpose. Both 5:15pm answers are no. “No job left you. P did not move.” Installing the cut is written as a forbidden move (not at 17:15, not as a P move, not as the live door).

If the agent (or the founder) unparks the cut because the live gate is hard, the doll-gate walk collapses. Destination would then have a customer without a path, which is the other way to fail the $2.5–5bn destination: a first customer on an uncompiled route.

The live gate is the only legal door that can fill the gap without cheating the parked cut.

2.7 What failure looks like if the door stays unmet

If this UUID is not implemented:

  1. Evidence 81 continues to grow. Overnight will keep writing “hours ran; they did not name a customer.”
  2. Risk-reduction constraints get stronger. The map gets safer and thinner. Thin is not compiled.
  3. Janhavi’s founder hours remain replies to 1…N instead of a candidate that can run.
  4. P stays empty. Empty stops being honest and becomes the product.
  5. The $2.5–5bn destination remains a centre with geometry and no route.
  6. Hermes, HTTPS, stamps, quiet nights, and doll-gate paint keep absorbing Slot Work that should be scarce.

The system is already good at not lying. It is not yet good at compiling. For Janhavi, “not lying” is the floor. “Compiled path candidates” is the live work.

2.8 What solving it unlocks

3.3 What “compiled” means

A path candidate is compiled when all of the following are true. If any fail, it stays a bucket, a menu, a mechanism, or a constraint.

  1. Destination-first. It exists because the $2.5–5bn company needs it, not because a register was thin.
  2. End to end. It can be walked: destination → (parked) first-customer gate → this route / suited bucket → a first hour of work that could actually run. The first customer stays unnamed and parked; the route is what compiles.
  3. Runnable without invention. No invented customer, no invented regulator permission, no invented distribution.
  4. Not the list. First-guess buckets stay in Agent View. The candidate is a certified object, not the file of buckets.
  5. Falsifiable in one hour. There is a next :55 that would show the candidate running or failing, without moving P.
  6. Silent on P. Compiling a candidate does not fill p-evidence.md.

3.4 Sequence of work this hour

### 1.1 What was recorded

On 30 August 2026, between 13:35 and 13:39 BST, the founder opened **FYJ Founder Bot** on an iPhone at `vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net`. The recording is a continuous 4 minute 5 second walk of Founder View: Open asks, then Overview, then the five working tabs (Evidence / Contract / Decisions / Slot Work / Overnight). Agent View is visible as a peer toggle and is not walked. Clock on the device: 13:35 → 13:39. Battery 83% then 82%. Login identity on the surface: `janhavi`.

The recording is the human reasoning surface, not the working files. Working files sit behind one link. A banner is not a paint. A URL is not live until a phone click returns a page. Dead link = failed publish. Unauthenticated 401 = login gate. 500 = failure. HTTPS stays. Kept current every publish from Open pages. Live-gate #1. Not strength.

### 1.13 Site and login constraints (not the live gate)

Safari kept re-asking because HTTP would not hold the password. The site is now HTTPS. Same `janhavi` login. 401 still the gate. Not cookies. Tap Safari to confirm it stopped re-asking. If it still re-asks after a single HTTPS login, that is a new repair, not a cookie switch.

Do not treat HTTPS as a released layer, a path, or a P move. This hour that touched HTTPS is Slot Work (`c7b2e14a` / 10:51 card), not recon.

Independent of the recording: an unauthenticated request to the host in this briefing’s research pass returned **401**. That matches the written gate. It is not a dead link.

### 1.14 What this recording is not

- It is not a named path.
- It is not a customer.
- It is not permission to unpark `63e813ea`.
- It is not proof that 109 cards mean 109 unanswered live-gate questions.
- It is not a sixth heading.
- It is not a request to deepen VAT-PAYE, install at 17:15, or steal a :55.
- It is not a Gemini overlay on federated hosting.
- It is not a replacement for the dated pages. Dated pages stay.

The issue that remains after the walk is the same issue that was #1 at the start: **path candidates that can run end to end still cannot be compiled.**

## 2. Why this issue matters for Janhavi

### 2.1 The destination is the company

Janhavi’s destination, written on the inbox, the doll-gate walk, and the Decisions tab, is a **$2.5–5bn company**. Every other object in Founder View is nested inside that. A live gate that cannot compile an end-to-end market path means the destination has a centre and a parked first-customer cut, and no runnable route between them.

That is not a documentation problem. It is the difference between a company that can take a first hour of paid work on a named market path and a company that can only file more recon.

### 2.2 Empty P is honest — and expensive if it stays empty

Overview says: *P. Empty. No named customer. No accepted market path. Empty is honest, not finished.* `p-evidence.md` stays empty.

Honesty is the point of the system. Cost is the point of this brief. While P is empty:

- There is no accepted path for hours to compound on.
- The parked customer cut cannot be installed, so there is also no first customer to serve.
- Alignment points at P and P does not move. The loop is well-formed and non-producing.

A founder-agent system that remains correctly empty is still a system that is not yet a company at the destination scale.

### 2.3 Hours are compounding on the wrong object

Standing instruction: *Use the hours for market-path compounding.*

What the walk actually shows for 30 Aug:

- 13 Evidence hours filed today; **none named a path**.
- 81 Evidence items still open.
- A collapsed recon block of 76 pages / 367 raw lines, N still 61.
- Risk reduction “got stronger as a constraint” four times. Constraint is not a path.
- Overnight nights of 26–30 Aug: hours ran; they did not name a customer.

That is compounding on **coverage of the map**, not on a runnable path. Coverage of the map can go to infinity (SRA, CLC, LSB, CILEX, IPReg, ICO, Law Society of NI, Insolvency Service, CIMA, Faculty of Advocates, IPA, ICB, Bar of NI, HSE, BoE, TPO, IoD…) without ever producing a candidate that can run end to end.

For a sole founder, each :55 that files another “stayed thin / no path named” is an hour that did not move the live door.

### 2.4 Overview cards are not Inbox N

The inbox itself warns: do not treat Overview cards rising as proof Inbox N is current. At capture, 109 ≠ 41 ≠ 61 ≠ 13. Four different meters:

Only **zero named paths** is the live-gate meter. If Janhavi answers the 61, she has answered the inbox. She has not compiled a candidate. The system will reshape Open asks after the next filed :55 and the live door will still be unmet.

### 2.5 Founder-model context is ingested — and not certified

The live-gate card is explicit: founder-model context is already ingested; first-cut buckets from founder context are **not certified**.

That includes, without promoting them to a path:

- The 30 Aug Gemini Pro conversation on hashing, hour-menus, SME swarm → coverage engine, and federated liability (share `eba53f5c0e60`).
- The first-guess buckets now sitting in Agent View (menu, scale mechanism, trust, hosting/liability, founder/self, constraints).
- Industry recon listed above.

Ingested-but-uncertified is the dangerous state: it looks like the model is full, so the temptation is to pick a bucket and call it a path. The live gate forbids that. Certification is the compile step: **can this candidate run end to end, from destination through the parked first-customer gate, without naming the customer, without moving P, without unparking the cut?**

Until that compile exists, Janhavi is carrying a loaded model and an empty P at the same time.

### 2.6 The parked customer cut cannot substitute a path

`63e813ea` is parked on purpose. Both 5:15pm answers are no. “No job left you. P did not move.” Installing the cut is written as a forbidden move (not at 17:15, not as a P move, not as the live door).

If the agent (or the founder) unparks the cut because the live gate is hard, the doll-gate walk collapses. Destination would then have a customer without a path, which is the other way to fail the $2.5–5bn destination: a first customer on an uncompiled route.

The live gate is the *only* legal door that can fill the gap without cheating the parked cut.

### 2.7 What failure looks like if the door stays unmet

If this UUID is not implemented:

1. Evidence 81 continues to grow. Overnight will keep writing “hours ran; they did not name a customer.”
2. Risk-reduction constraints get stronger. The map gets safer and thinner. Thin is not compiled.
3. Janhavi’s founder hours remain replies to 1…N instead of a candidate that can run.
4. P stays empty. Empty stops being honest and becomes the product.
5. The $2.5–5bn destination remains a centre with geometry and no route.
6. Hermes, HTTPS, stamps, quiet nights, and doll-gate paint keep absorbing Slot Work that should be scarce.

The system is already good at not lying. It is not yet good at compiling. For Janhavi, “not lying” is the floor. “Compiled path candidates” is the live work.

### 2.8 What solving it unlocks

A compiled candidate is not P. It is not a customer. It is the missing object *between* destination and the parked cut:

- Hours have something to compound on that is not another Companies House scrape.
- First-cut buckets can be certified or discarded instead of sitting uncertified in Agent View.
- Inbox N can shrink because a class of recon becomes off-path, not because lines were collapsed.
- The parked cut remains parked *on purpose*, waiting for a route that can actually run.
- Janhavi can answer #1 without decoding stamps.

That is the only unlock this UUID is for.

### 3.3 What “compiled” means

A **path candidate** is compiled when all of the following are true. If any fail, it stays a bucket, a menu, a mechanism, or a constraint.

1. **Destination-first.** It exists because the $2.5–5bn company needs it, not because a register was thin.
2. **End to end.** It can be walked: destination → (parked) first-customer gate → this route / suited bucket → a first hour of work that could actually run. The first customer stays unnamed and parked; the *route* is what compiles.
3. **Runnable without invention.** No invented customer, no invented regulator permission, no invented distribution.
4. **Not the list.** First-guess buckets stay in Agent View. The candidate is a certified object, not the file of buckets.
5. **Falsifiable in one hour.** There is a next :55 that would show the candidate running or failing, without moving P.
6. **Silent on P.** Compiling a candidate does not fill `p-evidence.md`.

### 3.4 Sequence of work this hour

1. Open the dated page (25 Aug · 10:06). Keep it. Rewrite only the live-gate English if the founder has not already.
2. Read Agent View’s first-guess file as **inputs**, not as the answer. Mark each bucket: menu / mechanism / constraint / later / possible candidate.
3. From founder-model context already ingested (including the 30 Aug hashing / hour-menu / swarm / liability conversation), extract **at most three** objects that might compile. Fewer is better. Zero is allowed if none compile — then name the blocker in plain English (the live-gate card already offers that option).

7. Do not close N by collapsing. Close N only if a distinct ask is actually done.

2. Stop. Do not continue into regarding 2… unless the founder asks. Geometry questions (2–10, 13–16, 22–30, 33–35) are not this UUID.

The compile itself does **not** wait for a new Decisions page if it obeys §3.2–3.5. Decisions is empty because this is not a judgement gate yet. It becomes one only if a candidate wants to touch P or the cut.

### 3.10 Close conditions for this UUID

This UUID is **filed**, not P, when:

- At least one candidate meets §3.3, **or** the live-gate card names a different blocker in plain English that the founder can answer without decoding stamps.
- Open asks #1 still reads as the live door (candidates are not a path; they sit under the door).
- Today’s Evidence hour can no longer say “none named a path” *because no one tried*; it may still say “none named a path” if none compiled. The honest line is then “tried compile; none compiled; blocker is ….”

This UUID is **not** closed by: more recon, a stronger constraint, a quieter night, a prettier map, HTTPS, or a rising 109.
