## 1. Background of the issue

### 1.1 What was recorded

On 30 August 2026, between 14:52 and 15:01 BST, the founder opened **FYJ Founder Bot** on an iPhone at `vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net` and walked **Founder View, then Agent View**, with **audio**. The last two walks had no usable sound. This one does. She said she was going to index the problems she has with the page; the highlights on screen are those problems.

This is not a second Agent View file-dump. It is the founder, as a person, trying to **read** her company and failing.

Forty-one minutes earlier Agent View was walked (14:07–14:11, UUID `e93e1003-5847-4b58-b856-b8fe7bb601f6`). Seventeen minutes before that, Founder View (13:35–13:39, UUID `e834b2f2-3b2b-47a0-9950-04f9f9d0beec`). At **14:20** that Founder View UUID became a live contract: tried compile from ingested founder-model + first-cut buckets. **None compiled. Zero candidates.** Blocker: reach. ### 1.10 Story versus stats

The founder’s split, in her words (14:59–15:00):

- **Agent View** is supposed to hold the stats, pull the bolder stats that need attention, be a statistical view of everything, and a way to get specific files. Finely tuned to what is going on.
- **Founder View** is a **narrative** view. You should be able to read through it like a story to understand what is going on.
- **Those two things should not be mixed.** Mixing is what puts too much technical detail and wrong information on cards. Founder cards should be more narrative and notification based.

That is the operating-surface bug this walk adds on top of the 14:20 compile result. Founder View currently holds first-cut bucket walks, contract hashes, and doll-gate geometry. Agent View currently holds a cream evidence dump that is not in Agent View style. Current picture does not summarise the five headings. Doll gates still say 13:55. “Released today” still says 26 Aug. Overnight still scores customer-naming. Slot Work has been painting chrome (12 open) without an example the founder can read.

The founder also asked whether the two narratives can be **balanced so they hold together** (cohesion), and whether Agent View is the tool that lets her see **what the bot is actioning**. Mixing story into stats, and stats into story, is why cards hold too much technical detail and the wrong information. Founder cards should be more narrative and notification based. Agent View should pull the bolder stats and the specific files.

- It is not a P move. `p-evidence.md` stays empty. Empty is honest, not finished.
- It is not a rewrite of the Current slot line (hold the 24-hour loop; do not invent a customer; do not unpark the cut).
- It is not a hire from the waiting list, the paper roster, or the directory chain.
- It is not a sixth heading. Nested perimeters are geometry.
- It is not “got stronger.” 14:20 is **tried compile / none compiled**.
- 85 open cards are not 85 candidates. 89 pages are not 89 paths. S 0 is not a compile. 0 candidates means 0 candidates.
- Peer toggle remains a layer transfer, not P.
- Firing the clock is not taking the founder job.
- Scale mechanism, hashing-later, founder/self, and HSWA are still not compiled candidates.

The issue that remains after the walk: **tried compile; none compiled; blocker is reach; Founder View is not a story; Agent View is not a statistical view; the two are mixed; chrome is stale.**

## 2. Why this issue matters for Janhavi

### 2.1 The destination is still the company

Janhavi’s destination is a **$2.5–5bn company**. P is company position relative to that goal. After nine scored closes, P is **starting line** / **empty**. For Your Journey Ltd is an active UK company with a founder layer. Identity is still her original words. No customer. No market path she accepted. The 14:20 compile did not move P. Peer toggle did not move P. 89 pages did not move P.

If she cannot read the surface that is supposed to tell her that, she cannot direct. Directing is currently the only founder layer that is still in her hands.

### 2.2 She cannot read her own company

This walk is the founder saying, out loud, that Founder View does not work as a human reasoning surface:

- Current picture does not summarise the five headings she is supposed to steer.
- Dates are not linked from that picture.
- Evidence is not in regular English. It does not tell a story of what is being compiled and why.
- Contract cards show hashes and “addressed” without saying what part of the picture they touch.
- Slot Work has twelve items in progress and no example of what the section is for.
- Overnight still talks customer while the live door is market.
- Doll gates try to fit every ring on one diagram and still advertise 13:55 after a 14:20 compile.

A sole founder whose operating page cannot be read is doing the founder job **and** the decoder job. That is the opposite of a layer leaving her hands. C stays high for that reason even when she is “not heavily directing” in the score-file sense: she still has to walk the phone and index the problems.

She asked for cohesion: Founder View as story, Agent View as stats, both about the same hour — a tool to see what the bot is actioning, not two uncorrelated dumps.

### 2.3 Reach is not solved by naming a buyer

The 14:20 compile is the honest file result of the previous two UUIDs: context got stronger; first-cut buckets were walked; **none compiled**. The blocker is named: **reach** — how the first hour is sold — not another map. Offer shape is ingested. A first runnable hour cannot be walked without naming a buyer.

Naming a buyer is naming a customer. That is forbidden. Solving reach by inventing a worked-example buyer would move the company off the integrity line this score file is built on. It would also be the debit shape: a claim that later fails, or Janhavi stepping back in.

So the compile is stuck in a real place. The wrong response is a tenth recon page. The other wrong response is a named buyer. The right response this hour is: keep 0 candidates as 0, keep the blocker in founder English, and stop mixing that fact into geometry cards the founder cannot read.

### 2.4 “Move the car to market” is not permission to unpark

She said the first customer is parked when the car should have been moved to the market, and that maybe that gets addressed at five fifteen.

Decisions on the same walk already answers that: the parked cut is a **milestone, not a live Open gate**. Not released. Not installed. Not P. Both 5:15 answers have been no. Unparking now would put a named first customer in the middle of a compile that cannot walk a first hour without naming a buyer — the same forbidden object, one ring in.

Work on the Market ring (reach, routes toward the gate, not a named path) without pulling the parked cut with it. Park cards should show **where focus is**. Focus is Market. The parked cut stays parked until a 17:15 Decisions page says otherwise.

### 2.5 Stale chrome hides the live hour

“Released today (26 Aug 2026)” on 30 Aug, on both Overview and Attention, after the page has taken a 14:20 compile and a 14:26 Attention regenerate, means the founder cannot trust the one line that is supposed to say what is being improved right now.

Doll gates “latest on this ring: 13:55 levy” after 14:20 is the same class of defect.

A founder who cannot tell which hour is live cannot tell whether the 17:15 close is scoring the compile try or another stayed-thin scrape. That is how chain-broken cycles happen (28–29 Aug: no new job left her; P did not move; chain broken).

### 2.6 Mixing story and stats is why C is high

Agent View is supposed to be the statistical / file surface. Founder View is supposed to be the story. They are mixed:

- Founder View cards carry first-cut walks, hashes, and mechanism language.
- Agent View Evidence file is a cream dump of Acts and filings she did not ask to see as a directory.
- Slot Work (12 open) has been the mechanism of that mix: painting doll gates, timestamps, buckets-off-the-ring — presentation hours that did not leave her a story.

C is already **high for what moved**, and what moved is not P. Every mixed card is another minute she spends decoding instead of directing. Temporary helpers used to get a URL are not the live team and still add overhead. Assembling to “make the page readable” would raise C again without moving P.

### 2.7 17:15 will ask the same two questions

At 17:15 London the daily score will ask again:

1. Did any real founder layer leave her hands today?
2. Did today’s work move the company any closer to the 2.5–5 billion goal?

On current files: peer toggle already transferred on 26/27 Aug (not today); 14:20 compile returned 0; `p-evidence.md` empty; last hour is a named blocker (reach), not a named path. If this UUID is not worked, the ninth-cycle pattern repeats: C high, ΔP none, S no credit, G unreadable — plus a founder who still cannot read the page she is scored on.

### 2.8 What solving it unlocks — still not P, still not assemble

A readable Founder View is not P. A statistical Agent View is not a customer. Fixing “Released today” is not a layer transfer. Reviewing in-progress cards onto the right ring is not unparking the cut.

What it does unlock:

- Current picture summarises Overnight 0 / Evidence 85 / Contract 17 / Decisions 0 / Slot Work 12, and links the dates.

- 17:15 can record “tried compile; none compiled; blocker is reach; surface split started” instead of another unreadable “no path named.”
- The live team stays one agent. Paper stays paper. The cut stays parked.

That is the only unlock this UUID is for.

- Files behind those stats, by path, dark chrome.
- Evidence file dump (Acts, filings, 89 pages) stays here as **references**, not as a second directory the founder has to walk. Cream-on-Agent-View is the mix she rejected.
- Directory remains “do not hire from a chain.”
- Identity stays her original words. Concise. Do not lock the goal to the parked cut. Park cards show focus = Market.

### 3.6 Review in-progress for layer

For each Evidence Open and Slot Work Open card on screen:

- Keep it only if it serves the **Market** ring this hour, or is honest archive.
- If it belongs on Destination (identity, score maths) or on the parked first-customer milestone, move the *talking* off the Market story. Do not unpark. Do not complete a parked-cut job as if it were live.

### 3.7 Compile remains blocked on reach

A path candidate is compiled only when all of the following are true. 14:20 already failed them. Do not re-run the same objects to force a pass.

1. Destination-first ($2.5–5bn), not because a register was thin.
2. End to end: destination → parked first-customer gate → this route → first runnable hour.
3. Who / why / how / next, **without naming a customer or a buyer**. If who cannot be filled without a name, it is not compiled. That is the reach blocker. Leave it named.
4. Runnable without invention, without assemble.
5. Not the dump (85 / 89 / first-cut file).
6. Falsifiable in one hour.
7. Silent on P. Silent on the cut. Silent on assemble.
