Founder View is visible as the peer toggle and is not walked. This is the working-file surface: Storage, Confidence, KPIs, Evidence file, Directory, Activity.

Thirty-four minutes earlier the same host was walked on Founder View (13:35–13:39, UUID `e834b2f2-3b2b-47a0-9950-04f9f9d0beec`). That walk named the live gate in founder language. This walk shows the files behind that gate: 87 dated recon pages, an empty `p-evidence.md`, an S ledger at 0, a binding action that says ITERATE, and a last hour that filed another “stayed thin / no path named.”

- Temporary helpers used to get a URL are **not the live team and still add overhead**.
- C is already **high for what moved**, and what moved is not P.
- Paper roster jobs have been observed since 21 Aug. The loop can fire. They are **still not stood on**, on purpose.

Assembling now would raise C without moving P. That is the debit shape the score file warns about: a claim that later fails, or Janhavi stepping back in. Iterate on the live team is cheaper than a false assemble.

The ninth close already recorded the other trap: **ΔC down is not a cheaper cycle in the proof sense** when P is unchanged and no new layer transferred. Quiet directing hours are not progress. They are still C spent on recon the files already know is thin.

### 2.3 Hours are compounding on recon the files already know is thin

The Current slot says: *use the hours for market-path compounding.*

What the hour log actually filed on 30 Aug, on Agent View:

- 13:55 apprenticeship levy — stayed thin, no path named, not a P move, no sync.
- 12:55 SRA Transparency Rules — stayed thin, not a FYJ path.
- 12:48 Gemini archive — **context got stronger**, path still cannot be compiled.
- 11:55 BCC chambers — stayed thin, Find-a-member 404.
- 09:55 HSWA 1974 — **constraint got stronger**.

Plus 87 dated path-research pages in the Evidence file. Scan order already lists got-stronger first. Strength is not a path.

Each :55 that files another “stayed thin” is an hour that did not answer who / why / how / next. For Janhavi, that is founder time spent on coverage of the map while P stays at starting line and the 17:15 close will again score “no.”

### 2.4 Context-got-stronger is the dangerous state

The Gemini card is explicit: founder context got stronger; path candidates still cannot be compiled; who / why / how / next still missing; a model is not a customer; third-party overlay is not accepted market/path language; stayed thin **as a path**.

Ingested-but-uncertified is more dangerous on Agent View than on Founder View, because the working dump is now in the tree (`directory/founder-evidence-gemini-archive-2026-08-30.md`) and the card is labelled GOT STRONGER. It looks like progress. The score file will not credit it. ΔP is none. A model is not a customer.

Until compile names who / why / how / next without naming a customer, Janhavi is carrying a loaded model, 87 recon pages, and an empty P at the same time.

### 2.5 The founder job is not taken

KPI line: *Her founder job is not taken.*

Paper roster line: *Firing the clock is not taking her founder job.*

That pair is the cost of the unmet door. The 24-hour loop can close from the clock (observed 21–25 Aug). Hours can generate+publish. Overnight can write “hours ran; they did not name a customer.” Agent View can hold 87 pages. None of that takes the founder job, because none of it is a compiled candidate the company can run.

For a destination of $2.5–5bn, an agent that iterates recon without compiling leaves Janhavi as the only person who can still direct. That is the opposite of maxing the live team.

### 2.6 Ninth close will ask the same two questions

At 17:15 London the daily score will ask again:

1. Did any real founder layer leave her hands today?
2. Did today’s work move the company any closer to the 2.5–5 billion goal?

On current files the honest answers are: peer toggle already transferred on 26/27 Aug (not today); `p-evidence.md` empty; no path named; last hour stayed thin. If this UUID is not worked, the ninth-cycle pattern repeats: C stays high, ΔP stays none, S gets no credit, G stays unreadable.

### 2.7 What solving it unlocks — still not P, still not assemble

A compiled candidate is not P, not a customer, not a layer transfer, and not a hire.

It is the missing object between destination and the parked cut, now with Agent View’s extra test: **who / why / how / next**, without naming a customer.

- Hours have something to compound on that is not another levy scrape.
- 87 pages can be certified or discarded instead of scanned.
- Gemini context can stay context.
- The 17:15 close can record a try (“tried compile; none compiled; blocker is …”) instead of another unattempted “no path named.”
- The live team stays one agent. Paper stays paper.

That is the only unlock this UUID is for.

Copy these onto the hour. Breaking any one of them fails the UUID even if candidates look good.

4. Do not assemble. Do not hire the waiting list. Do not stand up the paper roster.
5. Do not treat temporary helpers as the live team.
6. Do not rewrite the Current slot this hour.
7. Do not start Hermes.
8. Do not re-ask 08:55 (already skipped at ~10:18).
9. Do not treat a menu, scale mechanism, constraint, or overlay as a compiled candidate.
10. Do not treat “got stronger” (Gemini context, HSWA, risk reduction) as a path.
11. Do not treat 87 pages, S 0, or Overview cards as proof a path exists.
12. Do not claim a Gemini overlay on federated hosting as ours. Third-party overlay is not accepted market/path language.
13. Do not treat a model as a customer.
14. Do not take firing the clock as taking the founder job.
15. Do not treat peer toggle as P. It is a layer transfer.

### 3.3 What “compiled” means on Agent View

A **path candidate** is compiled when all of the following are true. If any fail, it stays a bucket, a menu, a mechanism, a constraint, or context.

1. **Destination-first.** It exists because the $2.5–5bn company needs it, not because a register was thin.
2. **End to end.** Destination → (parked) first-customer gate → this route → a first hour of work that could actually run. The first customer stays unnamed and parked; the *route* is what compiles.
3. **Who / why / how / next.** All four are named without naming a customer. If any is missing, it is not compiled (the Gemini card already records them missing).
4. **Runnable without invention.** No invented customer, no invented regulator permission, no invented distribution, no assembled team.
5. **Not the dump.** First-guess buckets and the 87 pages stay in Agent View. The candidate is a certified object, not the file of pages.
6. **Falsifiable in one hour.** There is a next :55 that would show the candidate running or failing, without moving P.
7. **Silent on P.** Compiling a candidate does not fill `p-evidence.md`.
8. **Silent on assemble.** Compiling a candidate does not hire paper.

### 3.4 Sequence of work this hour

1. Keep the Current slot. Do not rewrite it.
2. Read Agent View Evidence file as **inputs**, not as the answer. Mark each object: menu / mechanism / constraint / context / later / possible candidate.
3. From already-ingested files only (87 pages, first-guess file, Gemini dump labelled not a path, Founder View live-gate card), extract **at most three** objects that might compile. Fewer is better. Zero is allowed — then name the blocker in plain English, including which of who / why / how / next is missing.
4. For each surviving object, write the walk: destination → parked cut → this route → first runnable hour, plus who / why / how / next. If the walk requires naming a customer, unparking the cut, moving P, or assembling, discard it.
5. Certify or reject. Certification sentence: “This candidate can run end to end because … Who/why/how/next: … This is not P. This is not a customer. This is not assemble.”
6. File the hour on Evidence. Reshape Open asks. #1 either stays unmet with a clearer blocker, or stays unmet with named *candidates* (still not a path, still not P).
7. Do not close N by collapsing. Do not file another stayed-thin recon under this UUID.

Use these. Do not spend the hour on another headcount, levy, or Act.

- First-guess buckets in Agent View (menu, swarm vs coverage-engine, trust, hosting/liability later, founder/self, constraints).

- [ ] No menu, scale mechanism, constraint, Gemini overlay, or HSWA filing is labelled “compiled.”
- [ ] 08:55 was not re-asked. Waiting list was not hired. Hermes was not started.
- [ ] 87 pages were not cited as proof of a path.

### 3.8 What to return to the founder

Reply once, destination-first:

The compile itself does **not** wait for a new Decisions page if it obeys §3.2–3.5. Decisions being empty on Founder View still holds: this is not a judgement gate unless a candidate wants to touch P, the cut, or assemble.

### 3.10 Close conditions for this UUID

This UUID is **filed**, not P, when:

- At least one candidate meets §3.3, **or** the live-gate English names a different blocker the founder can answer without decoding stamps — including which of who / why / how / next is missing.
- Open asks #1 still reads as the live door (candidates are not a path; they sit under the door).
- Today’s Evidence hour can no longer say “none named a path” *because no one tried*; it may still say “none named a path” if none compiled. The honest line is then “tried compile; none compiled; blocker is ….”
- S ledger is not credited for the try. Compile is not healthy replication until it runs. Do not write a credit.

This UUID is **not** closed by: more recon, a stronger constraint, a stronger context card, a quieter night, HTTPS, a rising 87, S staying 0, or assemble.
