This file is the source of truth for GrokBot. The live site typesets the same catalog as a scrollable directory of original screenshots (part 1), why every surface must have meaning for Janhavi (part 2), and these instructions (part 3).

Stills are **original captures** of `https://vps-9d119ef4.vps.ovh.net`, not reconstructions. Purposes are blank. Fill them on a separate explainer so they can be queried and steered.

## 1. Live directory

The previous briefing used reconstructed stills. Those were not accurate.

This part is a **live inventory**:

- every Founder View page, starting at `/founder/visibility/`
- every Agent View page
- every named section on those pages
- the on-screen text at crawl time
- an original screenshot of that section

Founder View first (Overview → Doll gates → Overnight → Evidence → Contract → Decisions → Slot Work → Open asks). Then Agent View (Identity → Attention → Storage → Confidence → KPIs → Evidence file → Directory → Activity).

The live site’s **1 · Directory** tab is this catalog as a scrollable list of screenshots. `sources/live-manifest.json` is the same catalog as data.

Do not invent unread copy. Do not treat a still as a path. Do not fill purposes here.

## 2. Why every surface must have meaning

The end goal is a $2.5–5bn company whose founder job can be held by a sole founder agent, so Janhavi can step up. That replacement cycle is the only mechanism that gets a sole founder to that scale. Every page on this site is supposed to be an instrument of that cycle.

A section without meaning is not decoration. It is an hour she cannot close. 122 cards still open. 93 dated pages. 14 Slot Work items still in progress. 0 compiled. P empty. S 0. The blocker is reach. If she cannot say what a section is for, she cannot tell the agent to keep it, close it, or ignore it — and the agent cannot tell wood from axe.

Founder View is the story of the hour. Agent View is the files and the stats. They only work as peers if each section’s job in that split is known. Purpose is how she tells whether a surface serves destination → parked first-customer cut → live Market door → this hour → 17:15 close, or distracts from it.

The live site’s **2 · Importance** tab walks fourteen families (destination, chrome, Identity lock, Attention clock, Storage tree, Confidence/KPIs, Evidence file vs Founder Evidence, Directory live vs paper, Activity log, Overview, Doll gates, open/archive headings, Open asks, 24-hour loop). Each family states why that surface must have meaning for Janhavi, and what fails if it does not.

## 3. Instructions for GrokBot

### The task

Use this ZIP as the inventory. Build a **separate explainer website** that explains what each captured section is for and how it works, in two perspectives:

- **For Janhavi** — what this section is for when she directs.
- **For the agent** — how this section works when it runs the hour.

Each section must also have **query points** (what she can ask or debate) and **steer points** (what she can change). She will use that explainer to critique meaning and purpose, section by section.

This is a one-off task. It is not ordinary slot work. Do not restage 17:15. Do not treat filling a purpose as moving P, unparking the first-customer cut, assembling, or naming a buyer.

### Inputs

Walk the directory in crawl order. Founder View pages first, Agent View pages second. Do not skip a page. Do not invent unread copy. If a still is a heading-only clip, say so.

### The explainer site

Organise it so she can query and steer:

1. One page (or one tab) per FYJ page in the directory, with the page still at the top.
2. Inside it, one block per section ID, with:
   - the live screenshot
   - the on-screen line
   - **For Janhavi** (what it is for when she directs)
   - **For the agent** (how it works when it runs)
   - **Query** — 2–4 points she can ask or debate
   - **Steer** — 2–4 points she can change
3. Sub-navigation by page, then by ID.
4. A mark on every ID: **filled** or **not captured — not invented**.
5. Keep Founder View answers in founder English. Keep Agent View answers pointed at files, counts, and rules.
6. A ZIP of that explainer.

Query points are things she can ask the explainer later (“is this still the working list, or a dump?”). Steer points are things she can change (“archive this once the paint is live”). They are not new jobs, not compiles, not hires.

### How to fill

1. Open the still. Open the on-screen line. Say what the section *is*, then what it is *for*.
2. Write the Janhavi sentence so she can direct from it (keep / close / ignore / reply).
3. Write the agent sentence so the hour knows which file, count, or rule binds.
4. Add query points that would change the reading if the answer were different.
5. Add steer points that would change the next hour if she decided.
6. Group Evidence Open cards that do the same job (stayed-thin companies-in-the-space; stayed-thin market-scenarios). Grouping is not a compile and not archive.
7. Identity points 01–13 already have names on screen. Use those names. Do not invent titles.
8. Open asks #1 is the live-gate question. Keep it destination-first. Do not name a buyer to walk reach.

### What to return

1. Every ID in `live-manifest.json` has a template block, or an explicit “not captured — not invented.”
2. The explainer is organised by page, then section, with the live stills.
3. Each section has Janhavi / agent / query / steer.
4. A ZIP of the explainer site and sources.
5. Stop. Do not continue into a compile, a market path, a hire, or another recon page.
