1. Every few hours, and at least once in the morning and once mid-afternoon, surface a short decision request to Janhavi instead of continuing on its own.
2. The decision request is one question only: Given what the last hours produced, what direction do you want for the next block?
3. If no reply within 90 minutes, continue the existing plan and log that it proceeded without new founder input.
4. Until a full cycle has released a real layer with founder confirmation: only low-risk maintenance or the exact deliverables already listed. Anything that could claim a layer or change the Current slot waits for explicit founder direction.
5. After a confirmed layer transfer, more initiative between check-ins is allowed.
6. The 17:15 close still answers the two questions, and also records whether founder decision points were answered or skipped.
7. Identity stays locked until a confirmed layer transfer.
