# Keep the Claude paths — they are not a real site yet

**What changed.** Assessor graded the publish-path decision: we **keep** `/claude/founder` and `/claude/agent`. They are free of other teams’ dedicated pages, but they still only show the host Identity catch-all — **not** a live Claude site. A contract amendment is drafted so “publish success” would require a real distinct page; it is **proposed, not applied**. Shared contract remains OC-C-1.0.0. No silent path change. No mid-flight switch-on.

**Why it matters.** Free of collision is not the same as servable. Calling catch-all Identity a successful Claude publish would be theatre.

**Next (recommendation — not done).** Keep these paths for the next publish attempt. Treat the servability amendment as proposed until a day-boundary apply. Do not narrate `/claude/founder` or `/claude/agent` as already Claude-servable.
