# Vision lock: grounded in places, not yet accepted

**What changed.** We now know which sentences in the dated vision lock match your existing identity and Vision-first intent, and where they diverge. The destination floor in the lock ($2.5–5bn) does not match the identity wording ($2–5bn). No on-disk founder accept-reply for that lock was found. Assessor graded this as a real grounding result — and graded locked vision as **not met**. Nobody invented your acceptance.

**Why it matters.** Until you settle the floor and say whether that lock matches what you already said (or send a proposed vision change), the company cannot honestly treat vision as locked-and-accepted. Vision-first stays an active direction, not an accepted one. Claiming “locked” would be theatre.

**Next (recommendation — not done).** Confirm the destination floor ($2–5bn vs $2.5–5bn) and accept the lock as matching your prior words, or send a proposed vision change. That confirmation is what unblocks an honest exit on locked vision; other Vision standing checks continue meanwhile without pretending exit is cleared.
